This Privacy Notice is issued in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations (hereinafter jointly referred to as the 'Applicable Law').

Gesa Spirits, S.A. de C.V., with address at Av. Baja California Number 245, 8th floor, Col. Hipódromo Condesa, C.P. 06170, Mexico City, informs its customers, suppliers, users, and the general public that we are responsible for the collection of your personal data, the use given to them, and their protection. These are collected solely for the purpose of providing you with services or products, identifying you in any legal or business relationship, and evaluating the quality of the services we provide. Their processing is carried out in accordance with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility as established in the Applicable Law.

For the aforementioned purposes, we may collect, among others, the following personal data: name, address, phone number, email, RFC, CURP, etc., stating that we will not request personal data classified as sensitive.

In order to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Gesa Spirits, S.A. de C.V. uses appropriate physical, technological, and administrative procedures to protect the information collected.

It will be understood that customers and suppliers give their consent to the use of the personal data provided for the aforementioned purposes if, when initiating the legal or business relationship, they do not express opposition to the processing of such data. Any financial or asset-related data that Gesa Spirits, S.A. de C.V. may require due to the nature of the legal business relationship will be requested along with this privacy notice.

To exercise your rights to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose their processing or revoke the consent granted for such purposes, we request that the data subject contact us at: gesaspiritsclientes@gmail.com, with a written request containing the following information: name of the data subject; mailing address and/or email to communicate the response to the request; documents proving identity or authorization to submit the request; description of the personal data regarding which any ARCO right is to be exercised; and any other element that allows the location of the personal data and the prompt attention to the request.

Your information may be shared with individuals or legal entities with whom we have some type of legal or business relationship, in order to properly provide the services and products you have requested or to establish any type of legal or business relationship. The recipient of the information will be required, as far as possible, to maintain the same privacy conditions that the data controller applies to the personal data of its customers and suppliers.

When the commercial relationship between Gesa Spirits, S.A. de C.V. and its customers and suppliers ends due to the interests of either party, Gesa Spirits, S.A. de C.V. undertakes to delete the customer’s or supplier’s personal data within a maximum period of seventy-two months, or earlier, as established by the Applicable Law.
